Although I really would love to thank all of you your kind words, support and encouragement (this 1,5 year of blogging was fun!) and I hope every one of you will get from life what you always wanted!

Dreams and bicycles

I don’t know why but one exact item constantly comes back in my dreams: a bicycle. Sometimes I’m in a race, other times someone is chasing me and I escape with it or I simply ride on it on a bridge. This two wheeled vehicle is always returning. So I looked up what it could mean and I came up with this:

“All vehicles symbolize our passage through the journey of life. Since the bicycle is usually acquired earlier in life than a car, it could be pointing out some of your adolescent tendencies. If you are a teenager, then it may be a routine way of getting around. Riding a bicycle in your dream may symbolize a need for balance and hard work in order for you to succeed in a current endeavor. Some think that the bicycle could also represent your need for some type of assistance. Consider all of the details in your dream, including whether you are traveling up or down the road.”

Balance or assistance….yeah, well, I need to work things out, who doesn’t?

And by the way, if I ever wanted a bicycle I would buy this beauty (Christmas, anyone??? It’s an Alta bike ) :

That’s right folks, on Saturday, the annual LGBT pride march will begin…God knows the outcome, but I hope last year’s incidents won’t repeat themselves.

Duh, what the….what?

I don’t know what’s happening, but this week two different jobs were offered to me…and I wasn’t even looking! Come on, what is going on?

And yes, I’m quite fond of the tv show, 30 Rock and Tina Fey…gosh, they are impossible!

Criminal Minds and Paget Brewster

I became a Criminal Minds fan despite the fact that till the middle of the second season I didn’t even like the show
Then the storylines became much more interesting, the characters’ development was fascinating so I got hooked (Paget Brewster plays SSA Emily Prentiss in the series btw)!

Strange but after watching all the four seasons it had not even crossed my mind to watch bloopers, interview with the cast or behind the scene videos. And I realized I missed a lot because when you come across Paget Brewster, you are blown away!!! She is smart, funny, witty, jokes around all the time with a heartful laugh, always charmful in her interviews so what’s there not to adore?

Her latest interview was on 14th July, take a look!
Also there are more interviews below from 2008 and 2006 and a really special little scene from her time when she played a character in the series “Huff”…Paget Brewster kissing another woman???? Oh, you better not miss it!

Yep, that’s it, I’m covered at least one more week but I’ll be back then

And here is an extract from a fanfic I’ve read on PP and it just captured me. I love when someone can write out the feelings so intensely.

“And only because you were too much of a coward to take a risk with love. Because it was so much easier to pretend you’re in love with him than dealing with your feelings for her. And now you’re standing here and you just know that you’ve broken what could’ve been your one chance at happiness.

Suddenly there’s a hand on your back and it irritates you beyond words because the only hands you want to have on your back right now are hers. But you chose this. And so you try to shake off the irritation and turn to the person behind you. He gives you that warm smile of his and you do your best to return it in kind. He doesn’t notice something’s off. She would’ve known, you’re sure.

But she’s not him and you just made her walk away, telling her you loved him. Which you’re no longer sure is the truth. Crap. Which you now know not to be the truth. Still you take his hand in yours and let him guide you to the car.

Because this is what you chose and now you have to live with it. You got no right at all to start complaining.”
